Great top, it sounds like the fabric of the compression bra was what got you--it's made to use power net, which is very strong lycra also used in (very) firm shapewear. For less compression just using the same stretchy fabric as the top should work, but double-check the elastic hemline length as powernet draws in much more (as you noticed!) than regular lycra-enhanced knits do.

I'm really enjoying your yoga top reviews as I am in the process of making the same ones (tweaking KS 3115 and making my first version of this one). Man do I love that Supplex from Runners World, but I cannot seem to talk my husband into an Australian vacation so I can go fabric shopping.

These are great tops but I did laugh at the idea of you having to cut yourself out of the garment!
