Pattern Description: Trans-seasonal cardigan with lovely shaped hood and patch pockets. Use your design skill, make your own style by contrasting the bands and cuffs, or find an interesting clasp or button for the front closure

Pattern Sizing: 6-30 : I sewed a 16 (it was a gift for someone else)

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes!

Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes, but its pretty simple. The only time you might need the instructions/diagram is to attach the hood facing.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? It's very quick to sew. It has 1/4" seam allowances. The hood facing give a nice finish. The single button closure is something a little different. No dislikes, really

Fabric Used: This pattern is made for knits, but I used a stretchy cotton canvas from Mood Fabrics, and it worked fine. Just came out more like a jacket than a cardigan.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I omitted the pockets because I wanted a clean streamlined look.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I've been asked to sew it again for someone else! Yes, I'd recommend it in knits or wovens. The length might not be right for anyone, depending on your body type. But I'm wearing a size 16 (and I'm an 8) and I even like the way it looks oversized!!

Conclusion: This is easy, quick, well drafted. I would recommend it if it suits you. More pictures here:
