I definitely recommend Simp. 9958 - I've made several dozen pairs of boxers from it, and they've all turned out great. My DH and DB are getting to the point where they don't need any RTW boxers, because they've got so many "custom-made" ones!

I bet he'll love them. Every Pair I've made for my family have said they're the most comfortable they've ever had. So get ready to start on that second pair.
