This looks nice on you, maybe add a necklace which has the two tones in beads.

This looks really pretty on you. Stop worrying about "I sewed it wrong." It looks good and if it feels good on you, that's what counts. I, too, am still learning that there is nothing sacred about a pattern, and unless I tell them, nobody knows how I sewed it as long as it looks good. I do know what you mean about easy patterns!. Very pretty! I have been thinking for some time now of making a longer length tunic to wear over a long skirt. I have some cheesecloth and some soft lightweight viscose fabrics to choose from. While your fabric may not have been quite right, the colour looks wonderful on you, and you look pretty as a picture in that lovely photo!
