Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, very simple and a good beginner project.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Adorable - I plan to stuff these with candy and give as gifts to friends and family.
100% cotton Halloween print, lined in 100% black cotton.
Pattern Alterations or any design changes you made:
I embroidered the names with my new embroidery machine (see my machine reviews) for a personal touch.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes, it's easy to make several at a time since there are no size considerations.
Great seasonal decor - something a little different. Would even look cute as a "crazy quilt" made from fabric scraps.
** Edited to Add: Instructions
A couple people have contacted me regarding the instructions since they aren't included with the pattern download - I've misplaced my magazine, but I can recall that it has a 1/2" seam allowance, and the lining is just "bagged" (sewn together at the top with right sides together, then pulled through an opening left in the lining). The straps are added last, and you can add a decorative button there. What the pattern calls a "cuff" is just the top contrast fabric of the outside, it doesn't fold down as a cuff would normally imply.
