How nice of you to spend your time sewing for your friend's toddler. Stephanie, Kwik Sew patterns are great for beginners, and the master pattern books give you lots of ideas for making changes. The only problem is the 1/4" seam allowances, which can be a bit challenging if you use a serger. I tend to use 3/8" seams, since the patterns have lots of ease. 11/4/06 8:12 AM AnneM said...
