It is a very nice neckline. Sounds like a keeper of a pattern for you. (I haven't had much luck with French Terry; I only tried it once and it stated disintigrating after a couple of washes.)

I like my tops to fit a little more loosely. So I wouldn't go down a size. But it does drape better with a lighter, thinner fabric.
