You could do the latest fashion thing and wear a cami underneath. That would fill the chest area in nicely and be very fashionable. Maybe yellow to match the trim or perhaps a contrast to match one of the stripes?

This is why I've become a fan of doing a 'quick' muslin - not finishing, just checking fit. Someone will like picking up your dress, I'm certain.
