This looks just great on you. I would love to see some pictures of your details i.e. the bound buttonholes, shoulder darts and piping!

Goretex is easy to work with, just try not to do any ripping because the needle holes are permanent.

The shoulder dart was a great idea--you just can't ease GoreTex, can you? Your coat is wonderful, and I love the color choice.

I recently purchased this pattern and am happy to see another review of it. It seems very versatile, as your version clearly demonstrates. I've seen reviews of it with twill and tweed. Brave you for working with Goretex! Your creation is gorgeous and will certainly chase away any rainclouds.

GORGEOUS!! I like the color, the black contrast, and I think it looks great without the belt, very sleek. I wish I needed a trench coat in TX, lol. Hmm maybe I do :D
