It is really cute fabric. The bloomers do look big, but that could be intentional versus just sizing/drafting. It is hard to tell with no baby in them. :) Most big 4 baby patterns I have found run very large on my kids, but again it is hard to tell from just the photo. That bubble dress I have seen somewhere else (non big 4 pattern too) but I cannot recall. I do recall the other one had no zipper. I was considering it for my niece at the time.

The dress is darling. Maybe the bloomers are the pantaloons that go down to the ankles?

Adorable dress. Thanks for an honest review. Those bloomers do look a bit wide for an XS. Try Kwiksew or Ottobre next time for more accurate sizing.
