I'm soooo into sleeves!! This looks just fantastic - it's perfect with your slim skirt! Thanks for the great review - I just bought my first vintage blouse pattern so this is really motivating!

What a beautiful blouse - those sleeves are great. I would never have thought of scanning and enlarging the missing pattern piece - very ingenious.
