I think the zipper color looks fine. It'll be easy to see when you're digging around for stuff and no one but you'll see it. That's probably what you thought too.:) I can't wait to see how it turns out! I've been wanting to make one of these also. The bags look so great when done! (The reviews are a little scary. :))
