| babsi1111 | 3/10/08 | Hi Christina,
very pretty top. When I saw your photo, I immediately thought "it looks like mine" ;-) because I'm making the sleeveless version of that top at the moment and I used a lilac silk charmeuse.
Hope you'll enjoy wearing your top despite the sleeve issue, because it looks really great on you |

| Ronda65 | 3/10/08 | Looks nice. I think I would definitely try the sleeveless version. I made a shirt this weekend that is a bit snug in the armcye. I don't think I raised it high enough when I adjusted for my square shoulders. I love your top! |

| Karen6790 | 3/10/08 | Much cuter than in the magazine. Sorry it restricts your range of motion. I'll have to remember that and make the sleeveless version. Looks great on you, though. |

| cindy-lou | 3/10/08 | CS, another gorgeous creation. I too love the sleeves, and am sad about the restriction of movement (thanks for the heads-up!)-- but oh, what we'll live with for high fashion! |

| emo | 3/10/08 | This looks great -- I had been eyeing this. Although I do typically need some arm motion, so... Thanks for the review! |

| Beek | 3/10/08 | Interesting comment on the sleeve restriction. I made a BURDA jacket pattern a year ago and had the very smae problem. I wonder if that is typical for the BURDA fit? I have been hesitant on sewing any fitted top, jacket patterns from BURDA since my bad experience. Altho, your top looks great! Hope you can still have fun while wearing it! |

| born2bead | 3/10/08 | This turned out really well. I'm kind of bummed to hear about the sleeves though. I've been eyeing this pattern on the Burda website but it hasn't become available yet in my area. If I do make it, I will definitely consider your suggestions. Thanks Christina! |

| lilyofthevalley | 3/10/08 | Excellent review for this pretty, pretty top. So sorry about the snug sleeve and think your suggestion to cut the sleeve on the bias would help a great deal. Make the sleeveless version because your look beautiful in this form fitting style. -Lily |

| Linda L | 3/11/08 | Cute top. I think the problem with sleeve is shoulder length not long enough. Perhaps if you could lengthen at this may drop the sleeve cap some to fit better. I think sleeveless may be the way to go with this one. It looks cute on you and like your fabric choice. |

| SueV | 3/11/08 | Very pretty! I wondered about those sleeves. I'll make it with different sleeves. Thanks for the review. |
