Sew Confused said... Belinda, the t-shirt looks great with your modifications. This would be a good, basic pattern for my daughter...the one with the broad shoulders so I may give it a try. Would a C cup bust need the bump out at the side seams? 5/13/08 9:58 PM

BeeBeeSew said... Take a look at New Look 6762. It has a nice fit and lower neckline. Neckline band is wider. I'm a D cup and it fits with no modification, though I've always used really stretchy stuff. Hmmm maybe I should review that one, LOL. 5/13/08 10:15 PM

Sew4Fun said... Paula, I think it would depend on how much stretch/recovery your fabric has plus how your DD's m'ments compare to Kwik Sews. As KS uses S-M-L sizing there is a big jump between sizes. Sorry, I'm not much help. All I can suggest is sewing a muslin like I did. :) 5/13/08 10:33 PM

Irene Q said... The last time I made this, I seem to remember discovering that the short sleeve is narrower than the long sleeve, so it pulls the neckline up more. That's not at all obvious from looking at the pattern! Maybe that helps explain why the neckline doesn't match the illustration. 5/14/08 10:20 AM
