Helpful review. I have this pattern and am thinking of making it in a knit. I was wondering if I could delete the zipper and you answered that question. thanks!

Great review! You make excellent suggestions on pattern issues, comment on how the ties change the look and give insight into fabric choice. Well done! Btw, thanks for the side view. I had really wondered how it would look, and it's even sexier than I had thought it might be. Very feminine, too.
