| dbsewer | 8/6/08 | I've made this top three times - you do need to sit down and stare at the instructions for a while. I did an FBA and mine fits fine in the shoulders and arms. I think the wrinkling at the arms indicates it's too tight across the bust so it's pulling. Don't think of it as wrinkles. Think of it as "ruching." It's a cute top and your first effort came out well despite your frustrations with the fit. Go to a smaller size, do the FBA and I think you'll be happier. |

I have been struggling with this pattern fit too, and have decided to put it away for a more peaceful tranquil time in my life. (not happenin' anytime soon.) |

| moredash | 8/12/08 | For the back- try on top get someone else to pin out the extra fabric in the centre back.Probably an inch, Then put that adjustment onto the pattern (swayback) I have one as well. Taper out to nothing at the sides, on hem at centre back put the inch back in. |
