What a nice jacket. It does look beautifully warm, and the buttonholes are excellent, they are so tricky on fleece but yours are great.

Looks great!! I have this pattern cut out (the view with the doubled/ruffled collar/flounce thing), and ready to sew together, so your tip on the small buttons behind the main buttons will be very helpful!!

Oh my! Lovely. Just read your blog and am very impressed with the great buttons, tab, and the economy you adhered to in making just a "jacket that covers my wrists and isn't the usual boring shapeless fleece"! Look forward to more of your reviews!

Sew Shy, I was reviewing my wish list here in light of the 99cent Simplicity patterns at Joanne's... and came across your version... What a great result - a stylish (color, design, button choice) adult rendition of this jacket. Reinforced my want this one and to make it up before fleece wearing season is over. I can see this as the office cardigan (instead of my usual sweatshirt hoodie). This is belated, but thanks for posting.
