Thanks for the detailed review. As it is, it looks like it would be nice for date night. You have demonstrated much patience, fortitude, and ingenuity in completing this project. Hope it rains so you can wear it. If you have enough fabric left over, a hat with a brim would be nice just in case.

thank you so much for your detailed review. I am looking for a trench pattern and this could be the one, although I'll make it longer. Knowing that it is not boxy was a bit help. Liked your choice of "fabric"

Great results in a difficult fabric. A piece of scotch magic tape on the bottom of your presser foot works almost as well as a teflon foot btw. A very attractive and useful jacket.

SUPER helpful review - boy that jacket just ROCKS on you. Glad you persevered through the difficult fabric, because you ended up with a jacket that looks like a million bucks. TERRIFIC job!

Wow. This is fantastic - and I love the lining. By the way, a teflon foot is really worth having for anything that's sticky or might drag. I use mine very often.
