A million hugs to you for this review - bought this pattern for a surprise present for my DDIL and have been putting off sewing it for one reason or another - with this very beautiful dress you have reviewed guess it's time to get off ny rear and get going. Do you mind saying what size you used - she is very similar in size to you but a Petite so will make that adjustment

Sorry guys! I just forget to always type it in. That's my only daughter, not me. But thanks for all the nice compliments! I passed them on to her. She doesn't like roomy clothing, so I have to grade her patterns from bodice to hip. So an eight graded out to a ten at the curve of the hip- although her numbers put her in a larger size. I tissue fit her with the pattern pieces and marked where the transition to the larger size should go. She has about a 25.5 inch waist if that makes it easier to gauge the picture.
