Oh, that fabric is so beautiful and look at those perfect seams sewing the gores together. And that perfectly, sweet little handstitching tacking the lining down to the zipper tape. I followed the lining/facing/skirt description. You say you topstitched and I can see that where the facing is turned back. I can't see the topstitching from the front of the skirt, but it must be there. Also, I wonder if you understitched. Maybe if you topstithed you don't need to understitch. You did get a perfect fit, too! Love this fabric.
