I think the problem is the pattern itself, it seemed unattractive to me in the first place. As others said, it looks better on you than on the model.

it looks a heck of a lot better on you than on teh model, number one, and two, the belt looks great! i can see that the shoulders look tight NOW THAT YOU MENTION IT, but wouldn't have otherwise.

Cute! It almost looks like they simply used a softer material that draped better. Your fit looks pretty good from the photos.
