Nice pants! I might have to try them...I have to do the same sewing of pants for my Younger Son - last time around it was a size 92 or 98 for the width with no seam allowances by a size 110 for length. He's grown a few inches over the summer, I'll have to re-measure him soon to start pants for the fall!

Those look fabulous. My 7yo also would adore them. He figures the more pockets the better on pants. LOL Did you get the twill recently? I would love to get some.
