Stunning blouse, and so charming to have an actual period garment, as you say, rather than a modern interpretation. You did a fabulous job. Was this for a play or will it actually be worn (I hope!)?

Thank you all! For moushka, it was for a dress up day at school to reprisent characters from a book - I just went a bit overboard and reprisented those from a diary (recently published) of a girl who attended our school in 1914/15. So I wanted to use 'real' clothes - not costumes. You can read about it at http://canterfeet.blogspot.com/ The school was so excited they want to use the costumes again(and again....)
