Pattern Description: Misses' fitted blouses have V-neckline, collar, bust darts, back waist darts, and front button closure.

View A has three-quarter length sleeves finished with facings and wide ties attached in side seams.

Pattern Sizing:XS - XL

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?Yes

Were the instructions easy to follow?Yes, the instructions are excellent.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?No dislikes. I like the wing collar and front ties.

Fabric Used:Italian cotton-lyrca woven from Gorgeous Fabrics

Pattern Alterations or any design changes you made:This is the second time I have sewn this pattern. Link to previous review This time I reduced the shoulder width approximately 1/2" and adjusted the sleeve head accordingly. I also did a variation on the faced sleeve. I extended the sleeve facing to 4 1/2" wide and sewed the slit up 2 1/2" and across 3/4". See cuff pattern This gave me a cuff to turn back. I made a small pleat in the sleeve to bring the cuff edges together and sewed a small button on each sleeve (actually from an odd vintage mother of pearl cuff link that was in my stash that coordinate with the vintage mother of pearl buttons I used down the front opening). After fiddling with the cuff, I have another idea for a variation - make a shaped cuff and turn it to the outside. Use decorative top stitching as an accent.

Conclusion: A great basic white blouse that I will wear and wear.
