All the re-issues I've seen are complete outfits: a full dress or a suit. Re the shoulders: The muslin shoulders were HUGEly wide. It's hard to image this look was ever a good one, but I supposed if everyone is wearing such things it would look OK. The shoulders on this one are a tad wider that what I usually use on my jackets.
