Pattern Description:
Knee length pencil skirt with double seams in front, and double vent in back
Pattern Sizing:
36-42 - I made a 38
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Hmm, not the greatest - I struggled with the back vents and eventually got out some old pattern and followed those instructions
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Like - the elegance of the fit. It just looks so chic!
Fabric Used:
Black stretch suiting, not sure of content, but definitely something poly/nylon.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I straightened the front middle front seams a bit - they were causing a bubble.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes and yes.
Conclusion:
This skirt came out looking so cool. I love the top-stitching and the overall fit is great. It will definitely become a go-to pencil skirt.
ETA. I just found this review that I wrote THREE years ago. I never got round to taking pics! I wear this skirt so often, and have used the pattern many times for other projects. It is a great pencil skirt pattern.

Great skirt. A pencil skirt is so versatile and is truly a wardrobe staple. Your skirt looks great and fits you perfectly.
