Silk Challis said... Yes: even if the dough is a little bit sticky, you can make the rolls before the second rising (spread flour on your hands during the shaping), place them on a cookie sheet and cover with a clean cloth during the rising. Remove the cloth before baking. 11/21/09 8:46 PM
