You are Padme! Beautiful cape, who would have thought that white go-go boots would not just be wanted, but needed, in the 21st century? I must make one of these outfits for my daughter.

@Elle - Yes, you should make one for your daughter, I'm sure she'd love it :-) You can also use a cheaper Marabou boa instead, you just need hand whip stitch it on once the cape is complete.
