Don't feel too bad that your top wasn't a success. My first attemp with this pattern ended up in a little ball somewhere in my sewing room because if you use the measurements to pick the size it's huge.

neckline gathers will do that. also, being large busted it is unwise to wear empire tops as they convert to maternity wear. Good luck next time and thanks a bunch for your review.
