Thank you so much for reviewing these. I have the pattern but haven't made them yet. Nice to know how easy they are, and I think they look great with the tapered leg. Great job!

I made these out of a heavy cotton lycra and left the elastic out. I made the waistband twice as deep for a foldover waistband, I have a 32" inseam and had to shorten the legs too.

I really like this pattern too but I actually added width to the legs to make them trouser like and they are just wonderful. This is a great pattern to use as a base and then change the leg line and length. I'm on to capris and gauchos using the same pattern.
