Pattern Description:
Vogue basic design - top C bias cut close fitting
Pattern Sizing:
i cut size 14 but had to make alternations to take it in on the under sleeve area as it was too big
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
absolutely
Were the instructions easy to follow?
yes
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
i loved the fit of this top. its very flattering.
Fabric Used:
polyester georgette with black & white floral pattern.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I had to make some alterations to the side of this top in order to fit more snug however it may have been my fault in not making the darts big enough. I made this top as one of my first sewing projects a while back however I still wear it.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
yes i would sew this top again & i would like to try version A, B, D & E of this pattern too.
I would recommend this pattern to any sewer. Its a great basic to use for structure on other tops too.
