MaryBeth said... Great result, Linda! This turned out a very nice outfit with the blouse and skirt. Did you try to decrease the underbust measurement to remove the extra fabric at the bust? I had to do that. It makes a deep bust dart so I created a separate chart for stretchy tees so they wouldn't have that big dart. Wonder if playing with the location of the side seam would help (new buttons in V3), I haven't played with that myself. Anyway, a moot point since this overblouse is finished and so nicely done! 4/29/04 7:08 AM

MaryBeth, I decided to make an underbust adjustment and that decreased the underarm a little on a pattern draft then I took in Pattern Editor and reviewed against my old measurement. Have not tried it out yet though. Also with new dart override button this may work also. I plan to wear the outfit next week and take a photo of the overblouse, sleeveless blouse and skirt. 4/30/04 5:42 AM
