Honestly HLT I just cut the shapes I see and use a measuring tape to what I think is right. I could nick pick this dress to pieces. Look at the hip line there not much curve. The bust is too roomy I should of taken more out of the front pieces. I needed longer extensions to the back for a deeper pleat. The only reason I made a muslin is because the fabric was silk and I couldn't take the chance of messing it up because I bought the last of the color at fabric.com.
