I'm 5' and I usually shorten my hems by fold the body of the skirt by 1in increments. You'll have to fix the side seams because my skirts end up looking like origami, LOL! Did I tell you purple is my favorite color? So you know I love this dress, LOL!

beautiful dress and I love the color. all the pattern companies show the wearing ease on the tissue paper ast the bust, waist, and hip, I always tell my students to check this before cutting.
