	mtngram said... I am in the midst of making some panties to go under a dress and used some bias tape around the leg openings for the elastic casing and a serged on elastic waistband. I can't imagine trying to use the instructions Burda provided unless you are using a knit fabric. 6/21/10 11:29 AM
