I put in one end of the stretchy hair band where I wanted the bow. 3. I ripped a strip of fabric about 4 inches wide and about 8 inches long-then stuffed it in the bow maker scrunching 8" into it-imagine the 4x8 fabric standing tall-inserting the 4" end and scrunching down the 8" into the bow maker. I then added a pc 21/2-3" wide x 8 " the same way----Tied the ribbon and fluffed! I hope that helps now to see if I can fix the photo :) 9/2/10 5:19 PM
