Interesting top and the border print works well with this pattern. Lovely fabric.

lovely shirt - the border fabric is terrific for it. Re the collar: I've made this shirt a number of times and never had trouble with the band collar fitting onto the neck. Louise is as careful about drafting her patterns as she is about her clear, detailed directions. You might try emailing her directly about the frustrating problem you had with the neckline because if there is a problem with the current batch of the pattern she'd want to know. As sfshaza says there's lots about her patterns on Sitcher's Guild too. I believe that Louise is traveling this weekend but she is good about responding to messages.

This is a very cute top, Valerie, and a great use of the border print. There is a thread on Stitcher's Guild dedicated to this pattern line (Louise Cutting herself reads and comments) and some of the women there have made this pattern multiple times. Maybe you could ask there about the problems you experienced?
