nice job and what a fun project !!! I remember when Calvin Klein jeans were available from Vogue patterns around 1979 or maybe 1980.... I made a few pair and they were so much fun !!! these are great... very nice :)

Nice pattern with the modern low-slung back pockets. As my mom used to say, "he'll grow into them" and the elastic will do in the mean time. Have you ever used the buttonhole elastic that is adjustable? It might work well for your slim boy.

Yes, Barb, I have some of that buttonhole elastic in my stash, but for some reason, never think of actually using it!
