What a great fit. This looks like the pattern for you. It will be fun to have the fitting issues out of the way so you can practice your skills. They are a good length for you.

Now these make up for the PJ top at least twice over! I wish I looked so cute in shorts! These fit perfectly, and are just the right length, too. :o)

Lovely fitting. Did you do a muslin or tissue fitting before cutting fabric? Thank you for the tip on the front pleat to reduce the tummy pouf. I would also want the waist raised to the natural waist. On your next pair will you add length at the hip to waist and leave the waistband the same circumference?
