Hi Diane...thank you for the compliment! You can purchase individual issues from the publisher, but you can also sometimes find them on ebay or you can advertise in the classifieds here on PR.

Re the neckline construction: The double thickness neckline in this pattern gives body to the funnel neck, but if that isn't a concern, it's perfectly possible to do the thing single-layer, with a narrow hem at the top of the funnel, cut to the height you want.
