I like both pairs very much - the caramel do look great with the belt and lower rise, and the black look 'dressier' with the higher rise. It is a pity about the fabric - I love my Cue pants made of the same stuff.

thanks so much for this review. i am looking for a modern cut pattern for pants for the winter and this caught my eye. after 9 yrs in Florida, the reference to Gardams made me smile... and their fabulous qaulity fabrics. Have you made any more given a year has passed... I am off to buy this courtesy of your review. Thanks so much
