A really wild top.

Thanks for this review Treefrog, your top looks great. I'm going to sew this top and the dress sooner or later, but lengthen the dress just a bit. I loved the neckline and had thought to raise it a little perhaps for me. I'm so glad to hear its easy to alter this from your review.
