Thanks Paris! You're probably right, but I had to wear a necktie in high school and I don't think I've ever gotten over it.

I had a rtw blouse very much like yours about '64-'65. The body was a black and white houndstooth print. Collar and cuffs were white. The tie was chrome yellow! I wore it with a black straight skirt and patterned stockings. I think I hear Petulia Clark singing "Downtown".
