Goodness, are you sewing this fast or just catching up on reviews??? Cool shorts; dgd is going to be one well-dressed gal this summer (if people still say gal; I just can't bring myself to say chick although I suppose that dates me).

Thanks for replying because I was feeling guilty that I couldn't even manage to cut out a pattren in the time you could sew several garments!!! (lol)

Another fantastic garment! Love the color and I had read about that method of sewing in the elastic in a Betzina pattern (7281?); however, I did not understand what elastic she meant. So there seems to be a sew-through elastic, then? Did you buy it at JoAnn's (I'm really interested in getting my hands on some of this stuff so sorry about the interrogative nature of my post!)?

Renren- you can sew thru the knit elastic that has what looks like woven channels in it.. HTH
