I like the top a lot! You look nice with the little tie, but for those of us who need a little more room in that area :) it is nice to know the pattern is a little room to grow there.. One thing you might do to make the cowl more to your liking is to anchor the cowl at the shoulder seams by attaching the collar to the shoulder seams with a few stitches. That helps support the weight of the collar and then you have less of the 'droopy' effect. Experiment with it a little!
