It's a pity this didn't work out as you hoped. The fabric looks really nice and you've done a lovely job of finishing everything.

Oh that's a shame! I really love my version of this blouse, but mine is in lightweight silk charmeuse, and it's one of those styles that is loose around the bust and shoulders and snug on the hips (the inverted triangular shape). Can you perhaps take it in at the hips to improve the fit?

It looks all right to me. The fabric is gorgeous, and the standard of your finish on the inside is impressively high. When looking at Thai silks last year, many of them felt like rayon or polyester to me so I didn't buy them. What's the point of silk that isn't silky? I found more appealing fabric in couture outlets in Bangkok, especially Nai Chan.
