Very nice. The brown version is pretty,too. Re your frsutrations: I went to a sewist to have her fit my muslin. She didn't charge me, though I'll send her a gift card with a pic of the final product, so maybe you have someone in your community who could help. In altering my pattern, I needed a 24 inch, separating zipper to go with crepe (not heavy like a jacket zip) and Zipperstop.com was wonderful I sent a swatch and they sent the right weight zipper. So I empathize as a simple dress can be very complicated to execute.

Very pretty dress! I agree, the fabric really compliments the pattern well, and I love the lace you added to the skirt lining. Very pretty!
