I think this is so awesome, and really deserves to win. It looks like a very wearable garment, and you made garbage bags look pretty! Not depending on pretty or decorative materials themselves. I loe the paint on the bubble wrap, and the touch of paper showing underneath. I'm very impressed, great work!

Fabulous job on your unconventional dress -- while you didn't use fabric you made the materials you did use look like fabric. Way to go.
