Wow, I love that fabric you used, where did you get it and what is it made out of? Your dress turned out nice. Sometimes it is helpful to try different types of styles out at the dept. store and see what looks good for your figure prior to commiting to a sewing project. I know I do better with v-necks and dresses that don't emphasize the waist--I am not a New Look girl.

Thanks for the compliment and tip! I got the fabric from Joann Fabrics in the clearance section. Interestingly, the exact same fabric is also in the regular simply silky section. I'm not sure exactly what type of material it is.

Too funny! I was just looking at this pattern and here you are reviewing it. It should work on my then as I am small busted. I love your fabric choice tho it should work with a jacket over it...I do that alot ;) ...really a cute style...sorry it didn't work for you!

Gorgeous fabric. Maybe an FBA would have helped? The fabric is gorgeous.
