What a warm welcome! Thank you, everyone. After quietly being inspired by so many people on PR, I finally decided to post. It's great to be able to share.

Love this! It is so great when a pattern just works easily and looks fantastic. That is how sewing should always be. Great buttons too!

I love this! I have never worn a cape but you have inspired me especially the embellishment.

Wow! Big congratulations are in order all around: a new member, a first review, and a great project. I also just love your username, patternhacker. It is such an apt description of how I feel approaching a pattern, but you obviously can finesse a pattern to do your perfect bidding. Love the jacket with the blouson/capelet type back.
